1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of United states.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at shopluckyjean@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
